Here's How it Works:

All plans will auto-renew at 12 months

Annual Service: $120

This includes 1 full HVAC inspection a year

Semi-Annual Service: $20/month or $240 if paid upfront*

This includes 2 full HVAC inspections a year

Payment options – Cash, Check, Debit or Credit Card (a 4% surcharge will be added).

With both memberships you will also receive the benefit of 10% off any additional service calls and a 10% discount on any equipment that needs to be replaced (after 2 years of being a part of Club Copa). Cost is per A/C system.

Terms and Conditions:

The club membership is non-refundable if the first visit has been performed or if the discounts on repairs have exceeded the membership plan price. System must be operational for maintenance to be performed.

*The monthly payment plan will be automatically deducted from the bank account or credit card of your choice. If it is cancelled before the year is up and you have already received the agreed upon services you will still be responsible for the remaining balance.

What's included:

  • Clean condenser coils (Annually)

  • Inspect for any signs of leaks

  • Cycle on all compressors and inspect operation

  • Test reversing valve operation

  • Tighten electrical connections as needed

  • Cycle on all components and record amperages

  • Ensure all components are operating within FLA range

  • Do a FULL inspection of all HVAC systems including:

    • Electrical wiring and connections

    • Evaporator coil condition/cleanliness (quote cleaning if required)

    • Blower motor & assembly condition/operation

    • Bearings condition and grease if necessary

    • Condensate drain pan and piping

    • Mounting springs/bolts

    • Compressor oil level/sight glass

    • Pressure safety switches

    • Contactors, relays, and switches

    • Thermostat operation

    • Furnace operation (if applicable)

    • Condenser coil condition/cleanliness

    • All piping and connections/fittings for leaks

    • All condenser fan motors condition and operation

    • Fan speed controllers (if applicable)

    • Any low ambient/head pressure controls

    • Defrost thermostat/sensors during winter

    • Defrost board operation during winter
